Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative, you will be a director of first impressions for callers into Slick Rock. You will support the sales team by answering calls for our 5+ locations in Washington and Idaho and help ensure our clients receive the highest level of service throughout their experience, whether it's before they've ever stepped foot in the door or after they've joined and have questions about their account or our products and services. 

 

The ideal candidate is someone who has a great phone voice, is naturally dis-arming and non-confrontational, goes above and beyond the call of duty to help others, excels at conflict resolution and easily sees alternatives when faced with a problem. The majority of calls do not require conflict resolution, but having thick skin is important as you will often be the first point of contact for aggravated clients.​ 

 

Additionally, candidates interested in this position should have strong attention to detail, excel in both verbal and written communication, and share an organic love of Slick Rock's products and services making it easy to speak from experience when answering questions and to provide the highest level of care to inquiring callers.
